Advanced Sommelier Jill Zimorski works in an education-focused role teaching and tasting the greater Chicago area about and on the Champagnes in the Moet Hennessy Champagne portfolio. She was previously the Wine Director for 3-star Michelin restaurant Alinea. A graduate of University of Virginia, Jill has worked around the country for nationally-acclaimed chefs such as Charlie Palmer and Jose Andres, and for the hotel Jerome in Aspen. She was the first beverage director for Jose Andres’ ThinkFoodGroup, where she oversaw the award-winning wine programs at Jaleo, minibar, Oyamel, Zaytinya and Café Atlantico. Named one of the “10 Most Buzz-worthy Sommeliers in Chicago,” Jill is pursuing her Master Sommelier Diploma and just spent several months in Spain exploring wine service and education.
