After receiving a degree in political science from Boston College, Stacey relocated to Washington, DC. Rather quickly, she realized that the world of politics was not her true calling and moved to New York City. She started in the restaurant industry and instantly fell in love with the energy and pace of the restaurant floor. She was a sommelier at Momofuku Ma Pêche and Corkbuzz Wine Studio before moving to Oregon in 2013. She is now the sommelier at Bardot Wine Bar at Park Avenue Fine Wines in downtown Portland, OR. Additionally, she and her husband own Parallel Food & Drink, a pop-up that focuses on food and wine pairing. She is an Advanced Sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers.
