Expanding the 4 P's of Wine Marketing to the 4 E's of the Experience Economy

Seminar Description

Most of us think about the “P’s” when we think about marketing wine or any other product/service. Commonly, this includes: product, price, place (distribution) and promotion. In the context of the Experience Economy we can supplement the P’s with the following E’s: educational experience, esthetic experience, entertainment and escapist experience.

This seminar will explore how winemakers, retailers and tasting rooms and restaurants/bars can “up their game” and deliver customer memories that will drive sales. The content builds on research conducted by two New York academics (Quadri-Feletti and Fiore) in 2013.
