Is it a coincidence that the interest in wines from Baja, Mexico happens to coincide with Millennials fascination with “blends” and the fact that Baja vintners are producing some of the most exciting, unusual and non-traditional blends in the world?” Could it be that Millennials are just more opened minded when it comes to adopting new brands and that breaking from tradition couldn’t be coming at a better time as it relates to Baja’s entry to the U.S. Market? It also doesn’t hurt that the United States is in the midst of a cultural shift where Latin culture, cuisine, style and wine, will greatly impact our economy and society over the next 25+ years.
