40th Parallels of New World Pinot Noir

Seminar Description

Many great new world Pinot Noir seems to be found within the latitude of the 40th parallels. Bree Boskov, Master of Wine, has visited or made wine in many of these regions and in this seminar will explore the characteristics and styles of Pinot Noir found in the band of vineyards planted at forty-degree latitudes north and south of the equator. Can similarities be found in fruit and flavor profile, or vineyard and winemaking considerations and wine culture?

The seminar will feature Pinot Noir from Argentina, the US, Canada, Chile, New Zealand and Australia.
