The Value of Single-Blind Tasting in Identifying Grape Variety and Region

Seminar Description

If you've ever thought you knew exactly what you were tasting in a blind wine, or had it narrowed down to a select few only to pick the wrong wine you are not alone. The reason why is that commonly mistaken wines have a lot of the same features and flavors. Single blind tasting can work wonders on helping you decipher what is in the glass and identify the similarities but more importantly what makes these wines different. Explore a 3 wine flight double blind, then duplicate the process with the foresight of what the wines are but not where they are in the flight.
