This advanced sake session introduces the different styles of sake, explains how they are produced, and how to enjoy them. 
There are more than just light, fruity, Ginjo style; richer, complex, and unique sake to be discovered at this session.

Sake: 8 different Styles:
Honjozo, Kimoto, Yamahai, Flower Yeast, Kijoshu, Koshu, Nama Genshu, Sparking
