Shannon Holbrook is Wine bar Manager for Coco Noir wine shop and Bar. She has a background in bar management, wine club management, events and wine education. A lifelong culinarian, Shannon received a Le Cordon Bleu culinary degree and focused on wine and hospitality. She went on to get a WSET1 certification and Beverage Specialist Certification. Over the last 15 years she has worked in restaurants, wineries and tasting rooms around the Bay Area. Shannon prides herself in providing stellar customer service and tasting room experiences, and as Bar Manager she enjoys serving Coco Noir clientele and programming the weekly events.
