Dexter West started his journey into wine by working in restaurants, namely Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants. He later assisted with the beverage program at The Promontory in Hyde Park before taking on a Wine Consultant position with Binny’s Beverage Depot. His wine education is through the Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET) and he has achieved the Level 2 Certification. His experience and enthusiasm has led to tasting events (weddings and private corporate & private clients) throughout Chicagoland.
