NaKenge Adisa is a Winemaker and Certified sommelier, with degrees in Winemaking, Viticulture, Culinary Arts, and Global Studies. He is also an experienced educator and advocate for inclusive experiences in food and wine.

As a sommelier, and wine director NaKenge has worked at lauded PNW restaurants such as Canlis, Goldfinch Cafe at the Four Seasons hotel, and others. In his career as a winemaker, NaKenge was Washington State’s first Black winemaker, and over the years has made wine for Washington icons such as: Efeste, Delille, Leonetti, Corliss and Rasa Vineyards before launching his own label Parousia Cellar, whose first vintage will be released into the world in 2022.
