I’m Libby Tseng, a devoted aficionado of wine and Japanese sake, driven by my enthusiasm, I aim to share the joy of wine tasting and knowledge with others. This led me to establish a wine & sake academy in southern California, called Jiou Jiu Shang Wine & Sake Academy, Inc. The mission of my academy is to promote the cultural beauty of wine and Japanese sake to the general public. For me, wine and Japanese sake are not only delicious beverages but also a form of cultural art, embodying the wisdom and philosophy accumulated over thousands of years.
