Marilyn Fajardo

I began taking an interest in wine when my mother retired to Sonoma County. We would spend my visits wine and cheese tasting, which led to me taking a substantial interest in the wine industry. In 2023, I enrolled in the WSET program through Napa Valley Wine Academy, and have achieved the level 2 certification. I am currently enrolled in the level 3 program, and hope to get my certification early next year, and eventually continue on with the diploma program. I am currently a manager/bar manager at  Bo-Beau Kitchen + Roof Tap within the Cohn Restaurant Group. This position has allowed me to participate in wine tastings with representatives, as well as given me an opportunity to work on developing a new and robust wine list I have lived a lot of my life abroad, which has allowed me to fully appreciate the uniqueness of different wine regions and their rich history, something I wish to show through my work throughout my career.
