Brooklyn Bain

As the Director of Events for the Destin Charity Wine Auction Foundation, Brooklyn Bain utilizes her lifelong passion for hospitality and wealth of beverage knowledge to create memorable experiences while contributing to charitable endeavors.

With past experiences as a host, server, bartender, and many others, Bain has mastered the art of observing. She believes the key to a great hospitality or event professional is always watching and anticipating what others need, whether that be the patrons or her fellow team members. Keen on operating “like a well-oiled machine,” Bain brings an all-hands-on-deck approach to service and is passionate about training others to succeed at their craft.

Equally committed to learning as she is teaching, Bain is a self-described “forever student” and is continually looking for new opportunities to learn and improve upon her knowledge of all things beverage and hospitality. Never passing up an opportunity to acquire a new skill, Bain earned her Certified Sommelier Certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers in 2017 and became a Shochu Advisor from the Sake School of America in 2020. She took her restaurant furlough during 2020 as another opportunity and worked her first wine harvest in Sonoma County, CA.
