Indigo Zuber
Indigo’s journey in hospitality began at an early age, shaped by a family tradition that celebrated the pairing of food and wine. Her passion for the industry was ignited when she started working at McDonald’s and a Mediterranean restaurant in Scottsdale, AZ, at just 15 years old. Upon moving to Los Angeles, Indigo honed her skills at Larsens Steakhouse, where she advanced from a hostess to a fine dining server over six years.
Following her tenure at Larsens, Indigo joined Eden on Brand in Glendale, where she expanded her roles to include server, lead server, bartender, and eventually management and event coordination. Her career then took her to Las Vegas, where she embraced the challenge of managing and working at one of the city’s premier hotels.
A pivotal moment came when Indigo was offered the opportunity to become a sommelier atCasa Playa. Despite her initial doubts, she embraced the role with enthusiasm and dedication,completing Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 WSET in just six months. Currently awaiting her Level3 results and preparing for the CMS certification, Indigo is a driven and passionate wineprofessional, eager to continue learning and excelling in the wine industry.
