For over a decade, Laura Algieri has been making a splash in the exciting world of food and beverage! An experienced professional, she started her journey at age 14 working at a local pizzeria in New York. Since then, she’s explored all over the country—from New Jersey and South Florida to Minnesota, California, and Oregon. This fall marks a new beginning for Laura as she’s returning to South Florida where she’ll be the opening General Manager and Wine Buyer of a new fine-dining restaurant. She’s spending her summer at Adelsheim, where she’s hard at work with wine harvest, ensuring the success of her next venture to come! Indeed, Laura has a passion for hospitality, and her goal is to become a master sommelier. She enjoys working with people, learning about new wines, and helping others find the perfect glass for their meal.
